In these chapters the animals were refusing to believe that snowball knocked over the windmill. They said they didn't make the walls thick enough. So they decided to make another windmill this time double the walls thickness. The animals find out that snowball has been visiting the farm in secret at night time. Also Napoleon decides that they need to sell 400 eggs a week. The hens don't like this idea and rebel against him. Napoleon then cuts the hens rations to nothing, 9 hens die, they finally give in.
